Contact within 5 Days: Should you experience any issues accessing your purchased tutoring session(s) or if you fail to receive the email with instructions, it is crucial that you reach out to us within 5 days from the date of your purchase. Failing to do so within this timeframe will lead us to assume that the session(s) have been received, accessed, and delivered to you.
