Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Session Cancellations by Zetutor: If a tutoring session is canceled by our team or the tutor, you can request either a full refund or a rescheduled session.
- Technical Problems: If technical issues on our end prevent the session from being conducted, you will be eligible for a refund or the option to reschedule.
- Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not happy with a session, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss a possible refund. Refund approvals will be based on the situation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that charges for completed services cannot be refunded.
Refund Process
a. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@zetutor.com with the following details:
- Order or booking reference number.
- A clear explanation of the issue.
b. Refunds will be processed after verifying the eligibility criteria and reviewing the details of the request.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during the initial transaction (e.g., credit card, digital wallet, or bank transfer). We are unable to transfer refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods for security reasons.
Digital Product Refunds
If you purchase digital materials from Zetutor.com, refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:
- The product was not delivered as promised.
- Technical issues make it impossible to access the product.
You must request a refund for digital items within 7 days of purchase by contacting contact@zetutor.com.
Rescheduling and Exchanges
For changes to tutoring sessions, such as rescheduling or switching tutors, notify us at least 24 hours before the session start time. Requests made within 24 hours may not be accommodated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
- Missing a session without prior notification.
- Canceling a session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Services that have already been completed or customized to your specific needs.
- Partially used subscription plans.
Quality Concerns
If a service does not meet expectations due to quality issues or other concerns, contact us at contact@zetutor.com promptly. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include offering a reschedule, replacement session, or a refund.
Physical Product Returns (if applicable)
If physical products are offered by Zetutor.com in the future, return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.
Processing Times
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval or receipt of the returned item. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
