ONLINE TUTORING POLICY
SCHEDULING
- Sessions are typically scheduled in advance, and availability is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
PAYMENT POLICY
- Payment for a session must be sent at least 12 hours before the scheduled session time to confirm the appointment.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Payments can be made via Paypal, bank transfer
- We will provide payment details upon the confirmation of the tutoring arrangement
SUBSCRIPTION / PACKAGE PAYMENTS
- For students who wants subscription plans or packages of multiple sessions, full payment for the selected plan must be made in advance.
- Unused sessions from a subscription or package plan are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the validity period of the plan.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Students may cancel a scheduled tutoring session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session will be subject to a cancellation fee of 30% of the session cost.
- Cancellations made for more than 5 sessions within the month will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total monthly cost for each additional cancelled session.
- In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be considered. Students should notify the tutor as soon as possible to discuss their situation.
MISSED SESSIONS
- If a student fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the tutor reserves the right to charge the full session fee.
- In cases of documented emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, the tutor may, at their discretion, offer a rescheduled session or a partial refund.
CODE OF CONDUCT
- Respectful and professional behaviour is expected during all interactions.
- Inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
- Either party has the right to terminate tutoring services with two weeks’ notice.
- Repeated violations of the tutoring policy may result in immediate termination of services.
